WHAT THIS ISN’T
If you are looking for someone to give you a strict dietary regimen, where you closely monitor calories and/or macros, and every morsel you put in your mouth is accounted for, then you are in the wrong place. That’s not what I do. Sure, you can deprive yourself for a few days, weeks, or months. But is it sustainable? Is it worth it? And is it healthy (emotionally and physically)? The answer is almost always a resounding “no”.
